Unlimited Helpdesk and Highest Service Priority
The Convergent Care team is available during normal business hours to answer questions and open tickets. Convergent's helpdesk is your single point-of-contact to email or phone requests directly from your associates or a company designated representative.
Remote Monitoring and Management
Proactive monitoring of computers and servers alerting you to potential risks and managing security patches, updates, and hotfixes. Includes monitoring of backups, low memory, and hard drives showing sign of failure or running out of disk space.
Programming Data, Voice, and Network Devices
Includes help with devices, email, WiFi, Internet connectivity, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), servers, and your Avaya phone, system, and voice mail are included in your fixed, monthly cost.
Security and Threat Management
We'll start with completing a security assessment. Then reduce identified risks with company-wide device security. Anti-virus, anti-spam, and anti-malware will be installed and proactively updated on all computers, laptops, tablets, and servers.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Since data is at the heart of your business, we will implement a backup and recovery plan protecting your business in case of accidental loss of your data, database corruption, hardware failures, and even natural disasters. We'll will make it easy, and safe for you to protect your valuable data with a Convergent Care Managed Services agreement.
Quarterly Business and IT Technology Planning
At Convergent Technologies, we believe that every question and challenge has a business and technology answer. As part of your Convergent Care agreement, we'll meet on a regular basis to assure your IT-based results remain aligned with your business goals and budget. Our goal is to come to your planning table with IT-based business recommendations so that you can make business decisions consistent with your goals.
IT and Telecom Network Vendor Management
The Convergent Care team will interface on your behalf with vendors in the resolution of connectivity and covered device operations.
