Convergent Technologies, Inc. is seeking an aggressive Account Representative to generate sales of IP Telephony & traditional telecommunication systems, wireless, Internet Security, and other leading edge products and services in the emerging converged communications market. Responsibilities include:

• Uncover new opportunities
• Define customer needs and explain product solutions
• Maintain a robust pipeline of business while closing potential sales
• Lead the bid process, pricing, proposals, and customer presentations
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales activity reports and account penetration plans
• Team with Operations to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Qualified applicants will possess the following: • 3+ years experience in direct B2B sales with proven sales results
• Excellent ability to successfully prospect, conduct sales calls, and close orders
• Able to build and manage customer relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good Microsoft Office computer skills
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems is preferred, not required
